Remoo Refund Policy
At Remoo, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our refund policy below for details:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Apparel: Unworn and unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Tags must be intact, and the item must be in its original packaging.
Remoo Electric Bikes: Eligible for returns within 14 days of delivery. The bike must be unused and in its original condition. Any damage or signs of use may result in deductions from the refund.
Smart Glasses and Wireless Earphones: Can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, wireless earphones cannot be returned once the packaging seal has been broken.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at +267 74999985 or info@remoo.africa. Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the next steps.
3. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning the item(s) are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund after verifying the issue.
